Curriculum Activities
The EYFS is made up of six areas of Learning and Development. All areas of Learning and Development are connected to one another and are equally important. All areas of Learning and Development are underpinned by the principles of the EYFS.
The areas of Learning and Development are:

- Personal, Social and Emotional Development
- Communication, Language and Literacy
- Problem Solving, Reasoning and Numeracy
- Knowledge and Understanding of the World
- Physical Development
- Creative Development.

Your child will have the opportunity to enjoy:-
- Sand, water, play-dough, painting, crafts, print and collage.
- Jigsaws, games, threading, and drawing.
- Imaginative play – train track, farm and other toy animals, cars, and dolls
- Building and construction toys
- Music, musical instruments, singing, dance
- Book corner, stories, information books, posters
- Climbing frame, bikes, scooters, balls and hoops, large chalkboard and lots of outdoor signs.
- Role play – a home corner, costumes, puppets, small world figures.
- Cooking and gardening, birdwatching and looking at the world around us.
- ICT –Computer, bee bots, DVD.
